7 Strategies for Managing Your Time Effectively

I don’t have specific recommendations—my needs and preferences change along with my tasks and I constantly change what I use as needed. But as in anything, we go back to mindfulness: make sure you don't get overwhelmed by excessive notifications which can turn into distractions. Assign a specific time block for checking emails and to-do’s through digital means so you can minimize interruptions.
3. Good time management skills require regular assessment and reevaluation.
Periodically evaluate your time management strategies and assess whether or not they’re still effective. This is because, the truth of the matter is, things can and will change so it’s important to stay on top of things—to be ready to make changes before anything goes wrong or down an unexpected path. Some of the things you can do are the following:

Reflect on your accomplishments and areas for improvement.
