Shipping & Return Policy

Incorrect shipping information

Please email us at info@lochby.com if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — if it hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct it.

If a package is already shipped and returned to LOCHBY due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. If you decide to cancel your order instead, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges.

We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

30 day return/exchange policy

Customers have 30 days from receipt date to request a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@lochby.com. For customers in the US, we will send you a return label free of charge.

For international customers, we are unable to provide shipping labels, so you will be responsible for paying for and printing your own label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

When we receive your items, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the item returned. Shipping fees will be credited in the US, but not for international orders. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.

International shipping

Please be aware that customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to your countries.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of the package. All contents will be stated on the outside of the package as part of the customs form. We cannot mark packages as gifts.
