Shipping
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from our warehouse in New Jersey, except on Saturday, when the warehouse is closed. If you order after 2 PM EST, your order will most likely ship the following day. Orders that ship USPS Priority usually arrive 3 - 5 business days within the continental US. Orders that ship Fedex 2-Day usually arrive 2 business days after the order was fulfilled. Ever since COVID, all shipping carriers have suspended delivery guarantees. We also cannot guarantee that a package will arrive at a specified time, but if your order is late or lost, please contact us. We'd be happy to help in getting your order to you.

Incorrect shipping information
Please email us at hello@lochby.com if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — if it hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct it.
If a package is already shipped and returned to LOCHBY due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. If you decide to cancel your order instead, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges.
We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping.
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
30 day return/exchange policy
Customers have 30 days from receipt date to request a refund or exchange. Please email us at hello@lochby.com. For customers in the US, we will send you a return label free of charge (for all LOCHBY products, for pens see below).
For international customers, we are unable to provide shipping labels, so you will be responsible for paying for and printing your own label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When we receive your items, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the item returned. Shipping fees will be credited in the US, but not for international orders. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.
International shipping
Please be aware that customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to your countries.
* All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of the package. All contents will be stated on the outside of the package as part of the customs form. We cannot mark packages as gifts.
Support Service for Pens
We mirror the same guarantee and return policy that Karas Pen Co, the manufacturer, has on their website.
Whether you need service on your favorite pen, an exchange, or if you have decided that our products aren’t for you and you wish to return them, simply ship them back to us we will get you taken care of. All returns or exchanges must be in like-new condition. We do not cover any costs associated with shipping the returned item back for refund or exchange. This is the responsibility of the customer, except for warranty issues. If you fail to package the product well enough to prevent damage on the return trip, you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
DO NOT SEND YOUR PEN(S) IN AN UNPADDED ENVELOPE, IT WILL GET DAMAGED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Separate any loose parts and hardware from the main product to prevent dings and scratches. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges based on these conditions. Any item we receive that we deem not suitable for a refund or exchange will not be returned to the customer unless return postage is provided. Please notify us via email that you are returning the item before sending the package.
No COD or postage due items will be accepted. No returns/exchanges after 30 days in the USA (60 days International) unless previously approved. By sending an item(s) for return, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for returning/exchanging said item.
We guarantee our all of our products against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a defect and will not be warrantied.
We cannot warranty any Karas Pen Co product that has sustained damage from misuse, modification, or damage caused from improper installation.
Bulk returns (over 5 items) or multiple order returns may have a 20% restocking and shipping recoupment fee assessed against the refund. Nib returns must be clean and in working condition.
