    5. You also need enough sleep.

    Nailing a perfect morning routine relies on getting enough sleep, too. Seven to eight hours of sleep is ideal so that you can give your body enough time to rest and recuperate. If you find yourself struggling with shuteye, you can also build a bedtime routine that will encourage you to sleep or start feeling sleepy at a certain time.
