Good so far . Zipper gets stuck from time to time hoping it will loosen up. A bit stiff too hoping that will change.
Well crafted. It fits my "another hike in the books" notebook perfectly.
I have three leather journal holders, each a different size. While I love the feel of leather, the holders are lacking. Two of them don’t have pen holders included, they close with a strap which gets in the way when I write and they do not lie flat. The Lochby pocket notebook holder is everything my other journal holders are not. It has a convenient pen holder, it zips close, and it lies flat when I write. It’s by far more comfortable to use than my other journal holders. At first I was dismayed at its size (my bad—what did I think “pocket” meant?), but my first trip out with it sold me on the size. It fits perfectly in my everyday bag as well as the trunk bag for my bike. On a recent bike trip, I used the journal to record some notes along the way. It was much more comfortable to write in than my small leather notebook holder and I just love that it zips close. Another plus is the many pockets for cards and other notebooks. I love it!
Extremely well-made. Durable, but lightweight. I love the pen pocket on the front. Highly recommend this journal cover. Arrived very quickly. Thumbs up to everything about this journal and the transaction.
I like the product. The holder is well made (though the zipper is sticky at the beginning), and I especially like the external pen holder. The journal itself is fine, but there are features of the Leuchtturm Jottbook I prefer: numbered pages, table of contents, stickers for labelling, and some perforated (and so detachable) pages, and the cover has a better feel. Your paper is more ink-proof, though. They claim their paper is ink proof, but I find that fountain pen ink bleeds through their paper, and it does not on yours. Thanks!
