    5. Once confirmed, a one-time coupon code will appear, which can be applied to your checkout.

    Joining is easy! Simply log in to your Lochby account to start earning points. If you don’t have an account, you can create one to join the adventure and begin accumulating rewards.

    Yes, the minimum redemption is 500 points, which equals a $5 value.

    Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. Be sure to redeem your points before they expire to enjoy the rewards of your loyalty.

    Points can only be earned for purchases made after joining the Lochby Rewards Program. Make sure you log into your account before making a purchase to earn points.

    If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.

    Points are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the account holder who earned them.
