I’ve tried a bunch of things to keep my adhd brain at least somewhat organized. This is the first one that seems like it can be my one place to keep everything without being too unweildy (big) or too restrictive(small). Seems like Goldilocks so far!
I loved my first one, Black journal, but I guess I didn't like the contrast of black on the outside and then real bright tan on the inside.. So I got the Navy now, and I love the darker interior more because I guess darker colors somehow make me feel calmer (like a thunderstorm)-- which makes me just want to keep the journal open... I love people who journal because I feel it makes them more original, especially when they learn more and more about themselves in the process. I love writing in my journals, because then reading it back later, I get all the feelings come to me again and it's like I get to re-live the best moments of my life every time I read them again... (Including dreams.) (Don't really share my writing so one of the pictures is edited to show it without the words.) I love having the "bands" to be able to hold multiple small journals too, so I can organize my thoughts and dreams better into more "categories", and even more pockets to hold extra paper for random thoughts that cross my mind or when I need a to-do list...
I use mine for Business and I'm a contractor so things get "Used". I like the feel of the material and like how the latch works to hold it closed. Didn't take months for it to wear in, feels like i have had it for years. I use it to take field notes of jobs and like the compactness of it with out sacrificing what i need to input into it. Good Job to you guys for making such a good product.
I have used many differing journals over the years, especially Lochby’s pocket journal. I decided to up my ante to the full-sized one and cannot be more pleased. I already knew it would be a good product, I was just concerned it would be too large for my needs, but it is perfect.
My field journal is very high quality and I'm happy with the overall purchase. As I suspected the included paper journal was insignificant to me and I pulled it out immediately. Would be nice if you could same some money by opting out of that. My 120G LEUCHTTURM1917 fit fine...
