About “Out of Stock” Notebooks:

We totally get how frustrating it is to see so many of our notebooks out of stock. We know some of you were really hoping to grab your favorites during the early sale, and it’s a letdown when items sell out so quickly.

We planned ahead, but our supplier of Tomoe River paper was hit hard with demand earlier this year, especially with the uncertainty around tariffs. Sadly, we could only secure a fraction of what we ordered.

But here’s the good news: dot-grid notebooks will be back in stock by mid-December, and all notebooks—including our popular planners—will return by mid-January. Thanks for being patient with us as we sort this out!

Shipping Concerns:

We hear you on the frustration of having to add extra items just to hit that free shipping threshold. That’s definitely not how we want shopping to feel!

We try our best to keep our prices low, but smaller orders can leave us with very tight margins. We thought about offering free shipping on every order, like Amazon, but that would force us to raise prices overall, and we didn’t want to burden those who want to mix and match without extra shipping costs.

We appreciate your understanding as we figure this out!

Black Friday vs. Cyber Monday Deals:

A few of you are curious about why Cyber Monday had better deals than Black Friday. Well, on Cyber Monday, we included those fun free gifts, while we didn’t have any on Black Friday.

It’s also worth noting that Cyber Monday deals only applied to full-price items, while Black Friday had 25% off everything. We promise we’re committed to our 12-month Black Friday lowest price guarantee!
