Ambassadors earn rewards by completing brand missions, which we'll post every two weeks. Each one includes clear instructions and a submission deadline.

What are the requirements to become a LOCHBY Ambassador?
Aside from an active media presence from a public profile or account, we value two things: genuine engagement in the majority of your posts and original high-quality content. A high follower count is just a bonus. Our main focus is Instagram but we will also consider other social media platforms.
We review all applications, which are subject to approval.
What does a typical mission look like?
A typical mission will consist of you sharing a photo of one of our products, something many folks are doing anyway. This just allows you to earn as you share!
Another typical element may be sharing a discount code with your followers.
How long do I have to complete a mission?
Each mission will have its own set of instructions and a specific deadline. To make sure you qualify for a mission's reward, please read all mission details carefully.
For freebie missions, do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, you will still need to pay for shipping (as well as other taxes, duties, or customs fees for ambassadors outside the US).
Am I allowed to share codes?
Sharing codes (and tracking links) by posting them in public for everyone to see is not allowed.
We will let you know if a code or tracking link is for public sharing. Otherwise, please do not share them. If we find them posted anywhere in public, regardless of the platform, you will be removed from our ambassador program immediately.
When will you check my submission?
All submissions will be reviewed a day after the mission deadline with the exception of Sunday. In cases like these, the review will be done on Monday. We're based in Florida and follow EST.
Why can't I join a mission?
Specific missions only allow a fixed number of ambassadors to participate. This is why it's important to check out each mission as they get posted! We will review mission applications based on the date of application and what is needed for the mission.
Why am I no longer an ambassador for LOCHBY?
There are many possible reasons why we ultimately decide to sever our ties with certain ambassadors. Where applicable, we follow a zero tolerance policy.
